Yes. Our core tutoring program is personalized 1:1 online learning. Each student works directly with a tutor, allowing the tutor to focus on the student’s individual learning needs, questions, goals, and progress.

Elveta supports students across all grades and learning levels. Tutor availability depends on the requested grade, subject, learning needs, and schedule.

We offer tutoring across a range of academic subjects, including Math, Science, English, Social Studies, and other subjects based on tutor availability.

We also offer additional learning services such as exam preparation, language learning, skills development, and career support.

2 FREE Demo Classes Per Subject — 45 Minutes Each

Every new student can request 2 FREE demo classes per subject. Here’s how they work:

• Your first demo is with a tutor we match to the student’s subject, grade and learning needs.
• If the student likes the tutor, you can continue straight to paid classes.
• If you’d like to try a different tutor for the same subject, the second free demo can be with a different tutor.
• Free demos are limited to 2 per subject — we don’t offer unlimited tutor trials.

There is no obligation to enroll after the demo classes.

We do our best to match each student with a tutor based on the subject, grade level, learning needs, availability, and teaching fit. You may also share your preferences with us when requesting a tutor.

If a different tutor is needed after the initial sessions, please contact our team and we will work with you to find another suitable option, subject to availability.

Regular tutoring sessions are 60 minutes. Each session includes approximately 45 minutes of focused learning followed by 15 minutes for discussion, questions, feedback, and planning for the next session.

Free demo classes are 45 minutes each.

Because our classes are online, students can learn from different countries and time zones. Class availability depends on tutor availability, subject requirements, and the student’s preferred schedule.

Yes. We work with students across different time zones and will do our best to schedule classes at a mutually convenient time for the student and tutor.

When requesting a class, please provide your country or time zone and preferred days/times.

Tutoring prices depend on the student’s grade level and the package selected. We offer flexible packages ranging from individual classes to larger multi-class packages.

After your enrollment and payment are confirmed, our team will contact you to finalize the tutor, schedule, and class details. You will receive the information needed to join your online sessions.

We also keep track of your package and remaining classes so you can focus on learning.

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule a class, please contact the Elveta team as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability and our applicable cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Student safety and privacy are important to us. Elveta classes are conducted online, and students should participate from a safe and appropriate environment with a parent or guardian involved when appropriate.

Yes. If the student and tutor are a good fit and the tutor is available, you can continue with the same tutor after completing the demo classes.
